All cables sold by Qing Cables Ltd are compliant with both current REACH Regulations and RoHS2 EU DIRECTIVE 2011/65/EU including all subsequent Annexes.
RoHS2/REACH regulations and compliance is mainly directed towards the producers
and importers of chemicals, but also contains certain provisions that involve the
distributors and users of these substances, known as ‘downstream users’.
We can therefore declare that:
The articles supplied by Qing Cables Ltd are not subject to the provisions of the
RoHS2/REACH regulations and cannot be classified as ‘articles intended to
release substances’.
Qing Cables Ltd cannot be classified as a producer/importer pursuant to the
RoHS2/REACH regulation and, accordingly, is not required to preregister/
register the substances used in its business activities.
Qing Cables Ltd has performed all the activities needed to comply with the
applicable provisions of the RoHS2/REACH Regulation.
In particular:
Established communication channels with the upstream supply chain in order to
determine if the substances used will be pre-registered/registered by the related
importers and producers; ensure that the specific use made by Qing Cables Ltd
is included in the registration dossier and the exposure scenario (where
applicable), and identify possible alternative suppliers with a view to assuring the
continuity of supply.
Performed research and developed processes and alternative substances should
the regulation restrict or forbid the use of certain substances by the market, with a
view to guaranteeing the continuity, quality and performance of the
products/components supplied to the customers of Qing Cables Ltd.
RoHS3 does not yet exist.
